2012 3Macs carte blanche Prize

heatherdavisCongratulations to Heather Davis, the winner of the 2012 3Macs carte blanche Prize for her work of nonfiction, Aria, published in Issue 15.And congratulations to the finalists: Christopher Chew and Ian McGillis.The juror for this year's prize was Kevin Chong, the author of four books, most recently the novel Beauty Plus Pity and the memoir My Year of the Racehorse. He is based in Vancouver. The 3Macs carte blanche Prize is awarded once a year in recognition of an outstanding submission by a Quebec writer, artist, or translator. The prize is sponsored by Mark Gallop, of MacDougall, MacDougall & MacTier Inc.
