open for submissions: issue 55 (open theme, Quebec and Canadian submissions only)

There has never been a better time to submit to carte blanche, QWF’s literary magazine. The last issue of 2027 is EXCLUSIVELY open to Quebec-based and Canadian creators, and submissions will be considered for this issue and all others in the upcoming 2027 production year. Please send your poetry, fiction, creative nonfiction, photography, comics, and French-to-English translations between July 27th and August 24th through Submittable.
