announcing the 2023 carte blanche prize shortlist
We are delighted to announce the shortlist for the 2023 carte blanche Prize! This prize is awarded annually at the Quebec Writers’ Federation Gala in November to recognize the best narrative work published in carte blanche in that calendar year. Successful contributions can be a short story, a poem, a comic, or a creative nonfiction piece.
This year, our prize judge was Avleen K. Mokha / Mirabel.
